My Conscious Practice was developed and founded by yoga instructor, coach and author, Keith Macpherson. It was created to bring you the best of what yoga and meditation can offer.
My Conscious Practice offers you many different styles of yoga along with many different class lengths from 20 minutes to a full 90 minute practice. In addition to the physical yoga practices, there are also a series of guided meditations to assist you with bringing peace and calm to your mental body.
My Conscious Practice offers a variety of yoga classes including: beginner classes, hatha classes, power yoga classes, modo-inspired classes, advanced vinyasa flow classes, chair yoga classes, and yin classes. The classes are accessible for all different levels of yoga, from beginner to advanced. (Please note that new classes will also continue to be added as they become available).
