What is the Mastermind Group all about?

This is a unique opportunity to mindfully journey together through the Making Sense of Mindfulness Online course.

Led and facilitated by author and coach, Keith Macpherson, this mastermind group will meet once a week online to discuss insights, inspirations and to hold each other accountable to the course material.

Each one-hour online session will be facilitated live by Keith Macpherson. The sessions will all be recorded and posted to a private Facebook group for all members to access.

This will be an opportunity to grow your inner awareness, find more balance and gain more clarity on where your life is leading you.

You will also have the chance to be personally coached by Keith in the group sessions to assist you in deepening your mindfulness practice and get the most out of your online course experience.

Length: Up to one hour weekly. Live Monday nights at 8:00 pm Central time. These calls will be recorded and accessible online too.

Online Course: Each week, prior to the live call, you will be assigned a section of the online mindfulness course curriculum to review. 

Frequency: 7 weeks plus bonus group coaching session.

What's the Cost and What is Included?

Cost is $189/person for the 7-week session

  • Lifetime access to the online course.
  • Weekly, live mastermind calls. The calls will take place on Zoom. (If you have not used Zoom before, it's a free web-based video conferencing website. You can choose to turn your own video and audio on or off. Keith will be live and on screen).
  • Access to all recorded mastermind calls. If you miss a week live, rest assured you could watch at a time of your choosing.
  • Private Facebook group where the zoom calls will be shared, Keith with engage and you can choose to engage or not with online conversations during the course.
  • Keith will post weekly messages to encourage the group to stay on track with the course.
  • BONUS SESSION: A few weeks following the 7-week program, Keith will host a follow-up group coaching session. 

In this follow up session, Keith will spend an hour leading you through a group coaching experience. You will have the opportunity to bring your challenges, visions and insights to the forefront as we dig into depth and movement forward using the mindfulness framework. This will be a bonus session to continue on the journey and ensure transformation is taking place in your life.
