I'm Keith Macpherson.
For years, I lived on the road as a touring musician—late nights, long drives, tiny clubs, and a dream that was slowly wearing me down. I was exhausted, discouraged, and wondering if I’d missed my shot.
Then my mother handed me a CD. (Yes, an actual CD—it was 2010.) It was a talk by Wayne Dyer about mindfulness and the power of your thoughts. I slipped it into the rental car stereo somewhere between tour dates, mostly because I didn’t know what else to do.
