Hello

I ka pono mea.

I'm Keith!

Coach, Speaker, and Musician

Life doesn't always feel like it is happening perfectly on time.

I know that feeling well—I spent years convinced I was falling behind.

I was a touring musician, crisscrossing North America with my band, playing every kind of room you can imagine. In 2006, I became a top finalist on Canadian Idol and thought, This is it. I’ve made it.

Then the music industry shifted. Digital music streaming happened. Suddenly I was on the road, playing clubs for 10 to 15 people, no one buying CDs, barely making ends meet. I was so discouraged, jaded and wondering if I had missed my moment.

That's when my mother handed me a CD.

It was an audio CD of Wayne Dyer, talking about the law of attraction and how thoughts shape our reality. I listened to it in a rental car on tour—mostly because I didn’t know what else to do.

And something cracked open.

I started paying attention differently. I noticed what happened when I was actually present instead of spinning in my head. Little things shifted. I’d think, I wish I could find an organic meal, and minutes later a sign for an organic restaurant would appear on the highway. It felt like life had a flow again.

That was the beginning.

I kept studying. I found a mentor teacher in Winnipeg who had trained in an ancient Hawaiian healing system known as Huna Kane. One session with her changed something in me—something I couldn’t explain. At the end of the session I asked, “Do you teach this?” She said yes. Years later she called and said, “Classes start on this day. You’ll be there.”

That’s where I learned the phrase “I ka pono mea”—the belief that every moment, every meeting, arrives perfectly on time. Even the hard ones.

From there, everything expanded.

I trained and became a certified professional coach through the ICF (International Coaching Federation).

Became a certified yoga teacher through Modo International.

Wrote a book called, Making Sense of Mindfulness.

Became a spiritual director in The St. Ignatius Spiritual exercises.

Became a Holy Fire Reiki Master.

Studied in person with Wayne Dyer until he passed.

And through all of it, one truth kept rising to the surface:

The power is in the present moment.

That’s the heart of my work now.

Whether I'm speaking to a room of 500 or connecting with one person on a coaching call, the invitation is always the same:
Come back home.
To presence.
To the wisest part of yourself.
To the knowing that's been there all along.

I challenge you to get even more present with your life.

So much is possible when you're honest with yourself about right now

It doesn't have to look like meditation.

You don't have to become a totally different person.

All it takes is slowing down and connecting to yourself.

There is a path to presence and wholeness for everyone.

I believe that

we are all naturally creative, resourceful, and whole.

If you're reading this, I don't think it's an accident. You don't have to find your way through alone.

It's time to put your trust in you.

It is my belief that every person deserves to come home to themselves and that the stress, busyness, and noise of everyday life don't have to keep you from that.

Let me show you how to push pause even for just 60 seconds so you can hear the wisest part of yourself again.

Because when you learn to do that, you open the door to something that doesn't go away: real presence, real peace, and the deep knowing that everything you need is already inside you.

You're only 3 steps away from transforming your life & relationships

01
NOTICE YOU'VE DRIFTED — You haven't lost yourself. You've just wandered.

Something feels off. The busyness, the noise, the limiting beliefs running quietly in the background. I'm not enough. I'm behind. I don't know how to get through this. You've drifted from presence, from peace, from the wisest part of yourself.
This isn't a crisis. It's a signal.

02
PUSH PAUSE —This is the moment everything can shift.

Whether it's a 60-second breath in a parking lot, a conversation that goes deeper than you expected, or a song that cracks something open in the room — something makes you stop. You get present. You hear what you actually know, underneath all the noise.
That's where Keith lives and works.

03
COME BACK HOME — Remember who you always were.

From that place of presence, things move. Courage shows up. Clarity arrives. The insight that changes the direction of your life. The feeling in a room that lingers long after the last song. This is the outcome. Not inspiration that fades by Tuesday — real, lasting return to yourself.

You already have the answers. You've just drifted away from them. Through 1:1 coaching or the Waythrough Community, I help you come back home to yourself — and to what you know to be true.

My speaking engagements bring practical mindfulness AND connective experiences for real people. I share stories, play a song or two, and teach tools your audience can use the moment they walk out of the room.

Music is still my favorite way to bring a room home to itself. Whether it's a wedding, corporate event, or backyard celebration, I don't play at people. I play with them. The goal is always connection.

No matter how we work together, in a room of 500, one-on-one on a coaching call, or with a guitar in my hands — the journey is always the same.

Name it — you've drifted. From yourself, from presence, from what matters most.

Then, we pause. Long enough to hear what you already know.

And from that place, you come back home.

That's the work. That's always been the work.
