Individual Assessments and Debriefs: The Leadership Circle Profile

Effective leaders outperform ineffective leaders every time. Developing them starts with giving each leader a clear picture of how their closest coworkers experience their leadership. The Leadership Circle Profile is a 360-degree assessment that connects leadership competencies with the habits of thought that drive behaviour.

The online survey gathers feedback from each leader's boss, peers, direct reports, and others. It measures two crucial domains, Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies, and compares each leader's results with a global database. The results show how improving one or two leadership qualities can have an exponential impact on a leader's effectiveness.

One-on-One Leadership Coaching and Development

Keith offers ongoing coaching for individual leaders. Each leader identifies the areas for development that will have the greatest impact and builds an individual Leadership Development Plan. The coaching starts with a clear vision that reaches into both business and personal life, then helps the leader get honest about their current reality.

Progressive Team Development and Group Facilitation

Keith runs group coaching sessions with leadership teams on specific objectives. Together, the team explores how it shows up collectively, compares its current reality with the future it wants, and commits to actions that close the gap. The process maps a course for a culture that supports the company's goals.
